Apostle Dr. W. Michael Turner Jr. is the founder of Kingdom of God Ministries International GCE, in Atlanta, Georgia, and Kingdom Global Christian Education in Trinidad, West Indies, the presiding apostle of Kingdom Global Apostolic Network, and the Presiding Apostle of Faith Revival Ministries in Queens New York. He is the founder of Rhema Word Prophetic Crusades and served as Professor and the Dean of Midwest Theological Institute in Lithonia Georgia.

Roy Dallas
Director of Men and Music Ministry
Serving as the Director of Men's Ministry and KOGM Music Ministry, Roy Dallas is led by the gospel through his love of music and development of men in christ. Roy Dallas is a graduate of Morris Brown College and has held numerous leadership position in music and performance during his journey in christ.
Julia Turner
Pastor
Julia Turner currently serves as a pastor for Kingdom of God Ministries. Through her love of women's ministry, education and music, Julia Turner seeks to enrich the kingdom through the disemination of the gospel through each of the ministries housed in the Kingdom.
Anastasia Means-Dallas
Church Adminstrator
Anastasia Dallas is currently the Administrator at Kingdom Of God Ministries GCE. She has served in several capacities in Ministry including Fine Arts Leader, Prison Ministry Member, Usher, and Welcome Ministry Leader. She's the proud wife of Roy Dallas and mother of three wonderful son's. She's authored three books, and her passion lies in help people reach their fullest potential in God. She's currently an Educator in Fulton County Schools, and she's a graduate of Florida A & M University and Nova Southeastern University. Â

Mable Elizabeth Perry
ASSIST PASTOR/TEACHER AND PROPHETRESS
I received my calling to the Gospel in 1991 and was licensed in 1998 through Greater Israel Christian Fellowship now known as Kingdom of God Ministries International Church under Apostle W. M. Turner Jr and Pastor Julia D. Turner in Atlanta Georgia. In 2002 I started my first international Mission journey to London, England. Also, in 2002 the Lord gave me Jesus Christ Outreach Ministries International (JCOM) to set the captive free from bondage through Domestic violence and in every area in their life. In 2003 I began training for the Back to Africa Project at Victory International Church in Maryland. My travel included two trips to Kenya then on to Rwanda and Guyana.

Audio Engineering and Multi-Media
Serving as our audio and multi-media specalist. Dorain Carter is led by the gospel through his love of teaching and using his talents of photography and audio engineering for the Kingdom.

A native of Decatur, GA, Ray has been led by the gospel to foster the growth and development of community in the grander metro Atlanta area. His focus on community development through enrichment and educational seminars is led by the principle of disseminating proactive life skills for which he serves in ministry through innovative seminars, connected to the gospel that speaks to the well-being of our way of life and wellness.
Ray seeks to continuously empower the community of Atlanta and the members of Kingdom of God Ministries International through his innovative approach of bridging psychology in connection to the gospel.
Latoya Carter
Pastor
LaToya Carter is a passionate educator who loves spending time with children. She currently serves in the role of Pastor for Kingdom of God Ministries. Toya Carter serves as a high school teacher in Fulton County who has been working with children for over ten years. Her specialty is creating literacy programs that facilitate increased student learning. LaToya believes that every child, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to grow spiritually as well as thrive academically. LaToya loves God and her faith in God is the foundation of her life. In addition to her faith and love for children, LaToya enjoys being with family. In her spare time, she’s a passionate traveler and she enjoys great food as well as ballroom dancing.
Cameron Walker
Videography, Photography Multi-Media and Technology
Cameron Walker serves as our lead videographer and multi-media technican for Kingdom of God Ministries. A man of faith and lover of God from Tallahassee Florida, Mr. Walker graduated from Florida A&M University and has worked under the leadership of Jay quad multimedia and also the FAMU athletic department with contributions of videography and photography of multi-media events for over 10 years. Currently Mr. Walker serves as a special needs teacher at McNair Middle School.
Joanna Watts

My tenere at KOGM for 33 years has been progressive growth in Christ.
Self motivated, professional, with leadership and great communication skill.
Current position as Assistance Pastor and minister of Building Beatifications.
Intercessor and Ordained as Church Elder. I worked with the youth department, choir and director of our women's group, providing guidance and direction according to the word of God.
Additional Christen Educational training thru Midwest Theological Institute with a Bachelors in Christen Theology and Life Coach certification.
